A family business, built floor by floor
Virtue Realty is the builder-floor development arm of Balaji RSM Pvt Ltd — a family-run, partnership-led business built on a simple division of responsibility. Three partners oversee land acquisition and legal and government relations, construction, and finance respectively, giving every project focused attention at every stage.
What began with a small number of developments in South Delhi's established colonies has, over time, grown into a portfolio of 22 completed projects — each one built in the same considered, no-shortcuts manner as the first.
